On-Site Parking
Convenient parking facility accommodating the needs of all Tenants and their guests with valet parking on each of the three parking levels. Ingress and egress are convenient when heading any direction. Daily parking is located below grade, allowing for users to use one elevator to get from their parked car to their floor. Outdoor Plaza
The expansive landscaped and manicured plaza, nestled between to the office buildings, was curated to serve as an extension of the professional workspace into the outdoors. Featuring premium lounge seating, shaded picnic tables and charge stations to recharge while enjoying the fresh air. Additionally, tenants are invited to engage in activities such as ping-pong and corn-hole or enjoy the quarterly events hosted by the Landlord.
Bike Storage
Secured and lockable Bike storage is located in the building garage on the street level.
Conference Center
A boardroom style common conference facility with adjacent kitchen is available on a first come first serve basis for all Tenants.
Security
The Plaza has 24-hour manned security and concierge supplemented by a monitored surveillance system and an after hours card key access system.
Showers
Men’s and Women’s shower facilities are available on the first floor.

Security:
On-site security services provided twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. The security officer is located in the lobby of 1333 N. California Blvd.

HVAC:
Air is distributed by a central fan/dual duct variable air volume system with built-up air handling systems located in the penthouse. 1331 is equipped with a single supply fan, Trane 125-ton rotary chiller and a Trane 350-ton centrifugal chiller. 1333 is equipped with two cooling supply fans, Trane 160-ton rotary chiller and 270-ton centrifugal chiller.
Parking:
Parking is located below the project. The Plaza has a total of 563 spaces including 352 single spots, 196 tandem spots and 15 handicap.
Elevators:
Each building houses three passenger elevators and one freight, for a total of eight elevators throughout the project. Elevators are directly accessible from parking garage.
